All prices displayed are inclusive of GST and applicable government rebates (STCs) unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is subject to a site assessment and may change based on roof condition, accessibility, and other factors.
All installations are performed by Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited installers. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Harbour Solar provides a workmanship warranty on all installations as outlined in your contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Harbour Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
